Snackiva LLC ("Snackiva", "we", "us") is a small cookie bakery in Lutz, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit snackiva.net or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Payments: payments are processed by our checkout and payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Account: if you create an account, your login email and your order history.
Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.

When you browse our site, our website platform uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your bag and checkout working, keep you signed in, and count visits. This can include your device and browser type, pages viewed, and an approximate location based on your IP address. See our cookie policy.

To process, pack, ship or hand over your order, and to send order and delivery updates.
To answer your questions and handle replacements or refunds.

Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the shop, and only what they need to do their job:
Our website, online store and checkout platform (Wix), which hosts the site and stores orders.
Payment providers, to take payment.
Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
Our email provider, to send and receive email.
Google Analytics, to count visits and see how the site is used (no names, emails or addresses).
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public. If our business is ever sold or transferred, customer information may be transferred as part of it, under this policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.
Emails from us
Order emails (confirmations and delivery updates) are part of your purchase. Our newsletter is optional: every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you through our contact form.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for your order and for our legal, tax and accounting records. We keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe, and contact messages as long as needed to help you.
How we protect it
Our site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and payments are handled by our payment providers. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email. Send your request through our contact form. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some records where the law requires it. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor them as the law requires. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not track you across other websites for advertising, our site does not change its behavior in response to it.
Children
Our site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
